| India’s Aptech Group has combined with IndochinaPro and IntEC to establish an international programming training centre in Vinh City, Nghe An Province.

Its inauguration will spell the 19th such centre in Vietnam. The centre plans to recruit its first trainees in April 2004.
Most of the trainees attending Aptech training centres are university and high-school students.
Pham Minh Tuan, general director of IndochinaPro said that the demands for IT human resources with good working skills are on the increase in all provinces and cities throughout Vietnam, thanks to the State’s IT development encouragement policies. The birth of this centre is to meet that demand and emphasise Aptech’s wish to contribute further to the development of IT in Vietnam.
