The total investment capital for basic construction for infrastructure in the Southeast Economic Zone from 2015 to the end of January 2016 reached 335.843 billion dongs. So far, 325 billion dongs has been disbursed, equal to 97%.

D4 road construction in the Southeast Economic Zone.

According to the report of Southeast Economic Board, its infrastructure was invested with roads N2, N5, D4, roads for rescue and resettlement in coastal residential areas  of Dong Hoi sea at stage 1, etc. At the end of January 2016, the project of crossroad N2: Cumulative construction value so far has reached 167.787 billion dongs/303.127 billion dongs. The project of crossroad N5 (section 1) has had the construction value so far of 200.53 billion dongs/ 476.8 billion dongs, the cost of Site Clearance was 72.12 billion dongs.

The project of crossroad N5 (section 2) has had the construction value till the end of January 2016 reaching 228.5 billion dongs/527.552 billion dongs; The project of built  road D4 reached 208.3 billion dongs/555.910 dongs.

The project of built roads for rescue and resettlement in coastal residential areas of Dong Hoi sea, Quynh Luu district (stage 1) reached the volume of 21.6 billion dongs/77.545 billion dongs.

The Economic Zone completed the construction of wastewater treatment system in zone B-Nam Cam Industrial Zone (stage 1) and has put it into use,
