There are 24 schools those established accordingly to administrative unit likes village-quarter (in some quarters with large territory and population, 2 elementary schools have been established: Cua Nam, Nghi Phu, Hung Dung, Truong Thi, Le Loi).

There are 2 schools used intensive curriculum for French learning as foreign language, and using French as medium of instruction provided by AUPELF and financed by Francophone. At this moment, there are 9 schools have been recognized to meet with National Standard at the first stage)
