The electric-cable and wire producing factory in Thach Binh Commune, Ha Tinh Town with a capacity of 10,000 tonnes/ year. The project is capitalized at 16 billion VND, implemented by Electricity Company I.

Pre-School Kindergartens

There are 24 kindergartens, of which 2 state-owned, 1 private, 3 are owned by companies, and other 21 semi State kindergartens. In the coming period, there will be 2 more private schools.

There are 24 schools those established accordingly to administrative unit likes village-quarter (in some quarters with large territory and population, 2 elementary schools have been established: Cua Nam, Nghi Phu, Hung Dung, Truong Thi, Le Loi).

There are 18 primary schools. As an exception, Dang Thai Mai primary school is a selective school; other Schools are established in accordance with administrative organization unit. There are 2 schools used intensive curriculum for French learning as foreign language, and using French as medium of instruction provided by AUPELF and financed by Francophone.
