Social Security of the City has been ensured by the provincial, city and commune police force fire fighter and Special reaction force with following contact.
Telecommunication infrastructure has been modernized in synchronisation with NEAX. 20,000 numbers switching board, 9 RLU.NEAX ground satellites stations; fibre-optical transmitting network of 14 km long and other installed peripheral networks is capable to satisfy communicating needs at a high accuracy and reliability.
Electricity is supplied by the national grids line of 220 KV – Hoa Binh - Thanh Hoa – Vinh. At Vinh there is a power distribution station 220/110KV with capacity of 1*125MVA and a transformer of 110/35/10KV with capacity of 2*25MVA.
Total length of the first channel is 20.1 km; second channel 73.9 km and third channel 53.5 km. Currently, sewage water merged with rain water and have not been processed before discharged to the river.
Transportation system of City including highways, railways, airways, and waterways is convenient for Eco-cultural exchange within the province as well as internationally and domestically.
Total available land area 6,403 ha, of which 9.6% for habitant; 46.5% agricultural land; forestry 1.8%, land for specific purposes 31%, unused land 11.1%, population density 3,590 people/ Square km.
